Tulsi Pooja is a grand function celebrated in the uttana dwadashi. It falls in the month of Karthika. That is in the month starting from Diwali. It’s a marriage of Tulsi to Vishnu. It’s more of a Pooja and other devotions performed rather than a celebration in Indian Hindu homes.
